Auto-Renewal Service Agreement

For purposes of this Agreement, "SmartPush" refers to the SmartPush party identified in the Subscriber Agreement that signs the relevant agreement with you to provide the Services. SmartPush provides you with automatic renewal services on its website and applications (the "Services"). To use the Service, you must read and comply with the Auto-Renewal Service Agreement ("Agreement"), the User Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and other relevant agreements and business rules. Unless otherwise expressly stated, your use of the Service is governed by this Agreement.
You are not authorized to use the Service unless you have read and accepted all terms of this Agreement. Your use of the Service constitutes your reading and agreement to be bound by this Agreement. If you are under 18 years of age, please read this Agreement with a legal guardian.
1.2 You should read and agree to all Terms of Service and all notices issued by SmartPush in connection with the Service before using it.
2.1 SmartPush will debit the next billing cycle through your linked account. The billing cycle is monthly, and SmartPush will credit your payment record after deducting the automatic renewal fee for the specified billing cycle selected by the user and will extend the validity of your service accordingly.
2.2 In the event of any error in the chargeback process, you may file a complaint with SmartPush through the various channels provided by SmartPush, and SmartPush and you shall cooperate closely to identify the cause and each shall bear the loss caused by its fault; if the loss is caused by the uneven fault of each party, both parties shall bear the corresponding responsibility according to the degree of the fault; if both parties are jointly responsible, both parties shall share the responsibility equally.
2.3 After you choose to use the Service, unless you voluntarily choose to terminate it, your automatic debit entrustment to SmartPush is irrevocable and SmartPush will debit the fees based on the payment method you select at the time you access the Service and will not refund the fees paid by you in any way.
2.4 SmartPush may change or modify the content, rules, and the terms of this Agreement by its business development or technical upgrades, and SmartPush will selectively post such changes or modifications on its website as appropriate before making, but is not obligated to provide the separate notification. If you do not agree with the modifications to this Agreement, you may cancel the Services you have received and discontinue using them; if you continue to use the automatically renewed services provided by SmartPush, you will be deemed to have accepted all modifications to this Agreement.
2.5 You may cancel or terminate the Service by unlinking your bank card or turning off the function on the relevant page. If you do not cancel or terminate the Service, you will be deemed to have agreed that SmartPush may make a debit attempt and that SmartPush will not refund you once the debit is successful and will make available the subscription plan service for you for the next billing cycle.
2.6 If the price of the Auto-Renewal Service is adjusted before the Auto-Renewal Date, SmartPush will post the change on the relevant page before the deduction and, after obtaining your consent, proceed with the deduction by the changed price.
2.7 SmartPush does not charge you any additional fees for accessing the Auto-Renewal Service, but SmartPush reserves the right to decide whether to charge additional fees for the Auto Renewal Service based on business needs or market changes, etc., and to disclose such fees to you on the relevant pages.
3.1 This Agreement is effective upon your election to accept or use the Service and shall continue until you terminate the Service/cancel your membership.
3.2 SmartPush shall have the right to immediately terminate the Services to You and shall not be liable to You or any third party for any of the following.
(1) If a legal instrument in force from an administrative or judicial authority of competent jurisdiction confirms that you have committed a violation of law or infringement of rights, or if SmartPush determines, based on its judgment, that your conduct is suspected of violating the contents of this Agreement or the rules of use or other content published by SmartPush from time to time, or is suspected of violating the provisions of laws and regulations.
(2) Your conduct interferes with the normal operation of any part or function of the system.
(3) SmartPush believes that there is a material risk in providing the Service to you.
3.3 SmartPush may choose to suspend or discontinue the Service for reasons such as its own business decisions. SmartPush will notify you by way of an announcement if such an event occurs.
3.4 You have the right to choose to terminate the Service at any time on the relevant page and SmartPush will cease providing the Service to You immediately upon receipt of such instruction. Any instructions you have given SmartPush to automatically renew the Service before choosing to terminate the Service will remain in effect. SmartPush will not refund any fees deducted based on such instructions.
4.1 If you make a payment in a currency other than the official one of your location, SmartPush will convert the amount due in your current currency based on the cost of your chosen subscription plan and the exchange rate published online by us for that month. The exchange rate at the time of the deduction will be the rate published on SmartPush's website at the time of the action.
4.2 You agree that you will be responsible for all costs that may be incurred as a result of using the auto-renewal feature, including but not limited to handling fees, service fees, etc.
5.1 Any matters not covered by this Agreement shall be governed by the contents of the Subscriber Agreement.
